RTG (Rubber-Tired Gantry Crane)
*Core Components
1.Features a portal-shaped steel frame with two legs mounted under the main girder, supported by pneumatic rubber tires and equipped with a 90° right-angle steering system for flexible relocation.
2.Main girder adopts double-girder welded box structure (material: Q235B/Q345B steel), offering high load capacity and stability with spans ranging 24-60 meters.
*Travel Mechanism
Tire-based mobility eliminates rail constraints, enabling free movement within yards. Supports forward/reverse travel and 90° turning to adapt to complex layouts.
