Double girder overhead crane is mainly composed of girder frame, cart traveling device, two lifting trolleys and electrical parts.
Double-carriage suspension bridge cranes A5~A6 grades are suitable for hoisting long materials (wood, paper tubes, pipes, bars) in workshops or outdoors, and store them in factories and mines. Two trolleys can work individually or at the same time.
It is especially suitable for working in warehouses, freight yards and other departments. It is forbidden to use this equipment in flammable, explosive or corrosive environments.
The lifting trolley is composed of a lifting mechanism, a trolley running mechanism and a trolley frame. The lifting mechanism includes a motor, a brake, a reducer, a drum and a pulley block. The motor drives the drum to rotate through the reducer, so that the wire rope is wound around the drum or lowered from the drum to lift and lower heavy objects. The trolley frame is a frame that supports and installs components such as the lifting mechanism and the trolley running mechanism, and is usually a welded structure.
Box-type structure:
The straight-track box-type double beam is a basic form widely used. The main beam consists of upper and lower flange plates and vertical webs on both sides. The trolley rails are arranged on the center line of the upper flange plate. It has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, and is suitable for batch production, but has a large deadweight.
The cross-sections of the off-track box-type double beam and the off-track box-type single main beam are both composed of upper and lower flange plates and main and secondary webs of unequal thickness. The trolley rails are arranged above the main webs, and the short stiffening plates in the box body can be omitted. Among them, the off-track box-type single main beam is a wide-flange box-type main beam instead of two main beams, with a small deadweight, but more complicated to manufacture
